Gareth and Malou’s update: July 2024

The funeral of Mrs Margaret Bolton, Gareth’s Mum, took place soon after our return from the Philippines. A good number attended St Andrew’s church where one of Gareth’s cousins, Rev Andrew Loat, led the prayers and his brother, Tim Loat, gave the Bible reading. Four tributes were given from Gareth and Val (his sister), and by their respective spouses, Malou and Joe. Most folk then came to the village hall for refreshments. We will spend much of July based in Mum’s home in Dorset dealing with various matters while speaking each Sunday in different churches. Thanks for your many kind words.
